Hi JPH - swap the pressure switch over if you have a spare, or maybe the spare valve block. Internal leaks seem to be most often caused by the small o-rings on the solenoid valves in my experience and of reading on the forums. Good luck.
Cheers, Paul.

Hi from Los Angeles ( I am French ) .
I own 2 RR Classic 95 ( and a rare FACEL 6 cabriolet ).
I just rebuilt one of the valve blocks and put it on the car I am driving everyday .
With pigtail manual test it seems to perform well but there is a leak (possibly the same as before the rebuilt since all o-rings and diaphragm were in good shape ) .
It seems that the hiss (with a tube in my ear ) comes from the pressure switch .
I read something on your website .
Is it a possibility ?
Thx if you can give me a hint .

Hi. Thanks for taking the time to document this procedure and putting it out there for everyone to see. Its not rocket science, but it is a lot easier when you see how its done before hand. I flew through it in minutes going through your steps.

Many Thanks
Ed.

Hi George, good luck with orings from the hardware. Might work as an emergency thing, but I would still recommend getting a full oring repair kit. If you don't already have one, get an EAS Unlock Cable too.

If you put the covers back on the wrong solenoids, no big deal. Just operate them manually and you will soon know which is which, and then move them to the correct spot. Use the diagram at the top of this page as a reference for which solenoid operates which corner.

2. if I forgot to mark the covers, is there any way I can find out which one goes were?
